Project Summary

From 2005 to present day Whiteboard-IT has spearheaded Hampton’s custom event management. Providing solutions from Content Management, to webinar, paid and unpaid event registration.  We’ve accommodated them in ways that shrink-wrapped software could not. When they approached us on a tight schedule to produce a Window’s based print management application for fulfillment, we delivered. This application dynamically determined font size and integrated with pdfs in order to allow their designers to make quick changes on the fly.

In 2009, we did a very cool drag and drop interface for choosing breakouts. The breakouts would turn red on timeslots that were at capacity providing an easy way for attendees to choose their events on site.

Boosting a 98% approval rating of electronic registration 2 years running and adding features on a daily basis, Connect With Hampton is a flagship site of Whiteboard-IT’s and will continue to be in the future.   We will continue to help Hampton® anticipate and innovate for the future and look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with this great company.
