Martin Murphy is the founder and Senior Software Architect for Whiteboard-IT. He constantly strives to find value for our customers.
It’s important that we pursue the features and functionality that provides the most value for our customers. Anything less would be stealing from our customers. It’s important to ask yourself, would you pay for this feature, is going to return more than the value of its costs?
Martin graduated with a B.S. in Computer Sciences from Birmingham-Southern College. During his college years, besides concentrating on his studies, he experimented with Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and network security. During the summer of his Junior year, he landed a paid internship position with Amsouth Bank (now named Regions Bank). Some of his achievements while in this position are listed below:
- Sole developer of a Web/Lotus Notes based application for conference registration & management.
- Lead Developer of a Web/Lotus Notes application for Activity Tracking.
- Co-Developer of a Consumer Activity Tracking (.Net) Web Application (SQL).
- Sole developer and designer of Overdraft Protection ASP.Net Web App (SQL db).
- Sole developer on a Java app that converts afp files to pdf and deposits information about the account to SQL db.
- Sole developer on a Java Web Application for Marketing.
